Suggestion : FreeBSD "sysinstall" or "bsdinstall"

Hi .

In a lot of countries (like Iran) people don't have a speedy internet connection or fast connections are very expensive (for example, I pay $50 per month for 1024 Kbps  with 8 GB download limitation).

Now I suggest to add bsdinstall or a simple text installer to ArchBSD.

Regards.

The thing is, it wouldn't make a difference. For example. Say the iso base is 200MB and the core packages are 90MB. If I add core packages to the iso, then the iso becomes 290MB. If it's just the iso at 200MB then you'll download that and then still another 90MB to download after that, totaling 290MB.

So it wouldn't matter really matter.

Yeah, but he could write the 290mb on  a cd instead of having to download 90mb each time he wants to install it.

But then each install would always be the latest packages, compared to if you included them on the CD. So even if I included packages on the CD, after an install when you update the packages, you'd have to download even more.
